MARRIAGE TAX RECLAIM

MISSING OUT ON £1250 + ?
HMRC estimates that over 2.4 million couples are missing out on Marriage Tax Claims. To put that into perspective that’s £30 million pounds HMRC have of yours. What are you waiting for?
The claim is simple quick and easy. It will take between 4-6 weeks to get a response.
We don’t just claim the marriage claim for 1 year rather the full 4 years.
The marriage tax claim allows you to claim back £1,260 of your personal allowance (the amount you can earn tax-free each tax year) to your spouse or civil partner.
Only people who are eligable can apply:

1. You need to be married or in a civil partnership. Just living together doesn't count.

2. One of you needs to be a non-taxpayer. This usually means your income must be less than the £12,570

3. The other partner needs to be a basic 20% rate taxpayer. This means you'd normally need to earn less than £50,270, or if you live in Scotland, £43,662.
Higher or additional-rate taxpayers aren't eligible for this allowance.
You both must have been born on or after 6 April 1935. If not, there's another tax perk.

· In a nutshell, one of you must be a non-taxpayer and one must be a basic-rate taxpayer.
One couple had a refund of £22,438.50* (This includes a marriage allowance and overpayment of tax refund)
